All RXCH X OFF orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow additional processing time during new releases, holidays, and high-volume periods.

RXCH X OFF is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, or damage are not eligible for return or exchange.
