RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged, with original tags attached. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

STARTING A RETURN

To request a return, contact us at rxchxoff2022@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Do not send an item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at rxchxoff2022@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Sale, clearance, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. Contact us at rxchxoff2022@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
